    Je vous écrit car je suis très intéressé à tenter une sortie oenotouristique. J’ai vu que vous organisez des activités mais est-ce que vous organisez quelque chose sur une journée entière ou même sur 2 jours avec nuitée dans un vignoble par exemple?

    Greetings from tourHQ!

    I represent tourHQ, an online travel marketplace that connects tour guides and travellers globally. Started in 2013 to address the need for an online platform where travellers can locate guides and tour operators at their holiday destination. Today, we have grown to a community of more than 30000 guides and tour operators! While we are spread across the globe, we do face a heavy demand for tours in Switzerland.

    On http://www.tourhq.com, we offer two kinds of products that are custom tours (private tailor-made tours) and instant tours (daily tours). Please refer to the following information regarding both the types of tours as below:

    Custom tours:

    These are the tours wherein the client has to check the availability with the concerned service provider before confirming the tour.

    – the tour guide has to register themselves on http://www.tourhq.com as a tour guide and has to upload the tours and they will receive an automatic notification from the website in case the client has specifically requested their services.

    – the client will submit their travel request on the website and a system-generated email is triggered to all the registered service providers in that particular region. As per their availability, the guides may either accept or decline the request. However, in order to apply, they would need to submit a fresh new tour proposal in accordance with the client’s requirement.

    Instant tours:

    These are the daily tours with a fixed tour inventory and departure timings conducted on a daily basis, the clients can confirm the tours without checking the availability with the service provider.

    To confirm the tour services the client has to pay the initial deposit on the website and pay the remaining balance to the concerned guide during the tour in cash. However, there are several other payment and cancellation policies too that you can refer, I have attached the document for your reference. After the deposit has been made the personal contact details of the guide are shared with the client along with the invoice.
